Class Description: "Sew Illuminating" with SVP Educator, Kathy Fromme and the PFAFF creative expression 750. Light up creativity with this fun and unique one day class! You'll design and sew a beautiful fabric lantern, learning how to incorporate decorative stitches and creative technique along the way. This is a unique and different one-day project where you will make a fabric lantern with a re-chargeable LED Light. This project can be done on a sewing only machine using exclusive stitch techniques; however, using the PFAFF creative expression 750 sewing and embroidery machine you can add beautiful free-standing flowers to the project.
SVP Event Specialist Kathy Fromme is enthusiastic about sharing her sewing knowledge with
others. She presents sewing techniques in an easy-to-understand, yet exciting manner and wants all sewists to be successful in their projects.
She enjoys garment sewing, crafting, quilting, using the serger and especially working with the Creativate™ software and apps with machine embroidery. Prior to joining the full-time education team, Kathy worked for the company’s retail division, demonstrating and selling machines, teaching classes and conducting training for employees on new machines, sergers, software and accessories.
