Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Tuesday - Saturday, excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer free shipping on most orders of product over $149, with exclusions listed below. For orders below $149, we charge a tiered rate based on total calculated order weight ranging from $5.95 - $19.95. Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS Ground.
Sewing Cabinets are an exclusion to this policy. Shipping options will be presented on the product page for each cabinet. In many cases, a premium delivery service including assembly and in-home set up can be purchased. Please contact us at support@quiltbeginnings.com with any questions prior to purchase.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 6591 Sawmill Rd. Dublin, OH 43017. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1-2 business days (Tuesday - Saturday, excluding holidays). We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 10am-5pm Tuesday - Friday, and 10am-3pm on Saturdays. We are closed Sundays and Mondays. Orders are held under your name behind the counter.
International Shipping
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@quiltbeginnings.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We have a 7-day return policy for most products, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@quiltbeginnings.com, or bring your merchandise into our shop at 6591 Sawmill Rd. Dublin, OH 43017. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Sewing machines and cabinets are not eligible for return. Please contact us at support@quiltbeginnings.com if there are any issues with your sewing machine or cabinet purchase and we will work with you to make it right!
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
