All sewing machines will benefit from an annual “COA” - cleaning, oiling, and adjustment - to ensure everything stays in good working order. With three on-site factory trained and certified technicians, we have the knowledge to service all makes and models of machines. Whether it’s time for your annual service, or a repair is needed, we want to make caring for your sewing machines as easy as possible.
No appointment is necessary for service check in. Bring your machine at your convenience during store hours: Tuesday - Friday 10am-5pm, or Saturday 10am-3pm.
For current models of brands we carry in store, no power cord, foot control, hard case, or presser foot is needed. Just be sure your bobbin case and throat plate are in the machine.
For older models or other brands, we may need to keep your power cord, foot control, or presser foot in order to test your machine after servicing.
Our service technicians will return your machine to you in excellent running condition following our 27-point checklist. Estimates will be provided when additional parts or labor are required.
Expedited service with a 24 hour turnaround is available by appointment for an additional fee.
A diagnostic bench fee of $59 will be taken for all brands not carried in store. This non-refundable deposit will be applied toward labor completed.
