I discovered Quilt Beginnings when I was looking for a Husqvarna Viking dealer once the Viking Gallery Stores in Joann’s closed. Lucky for me I found Quilt Beginnings. I love this shop! All of the staff are friendly and helpful. The classrooms are spacious and away from the sales floor so you have uninterrupted sessions. They are always looking to add classes for specific machine brands and offer general classes or individual courses to learn how to best use your personal machines. This is a great store for inspiration, classes, help with a project or equipment maintenance and repair. I encourage you to stop in you won’t be disappointed!

Although through my travels I have shopped numerous fabric and quilt shops and this one tops all others. From the moment I open the door I am greeted. I can browse to my hearts content without being trailed or I can get immediate help and advice or recommendations. Each staff member is a true professional and so eager to teach and share. Their classes are stellar and industry trend current . The shop carries four quality brands of sewing and quilting machines and the repair technicians are superb. If you are a regular as I am, you know this place well. If you're traveling, be sure to stop. You'll be glad you did!

I recently took two all day classes at Quilt Beginnings and I can't say enough about the wonderful experience. I learned so much in a fun filled, no stress atmosphere. I made new friends and did treat myself to a new Bernina. The instructor was really good and so patient. I am looking forward to my personal class to learn more about my machine. Everyone who works there is kind, helpful and fun to get to know. I live about 20 miles away but its worth the trip for fabulous fabrics and notions. I will be visiting a lot more often now and will take more classes. Thank you everyone.

If you haven't been to quilt beginnings lately, I would highly recommend a trip. The new management has made tremendous improvements, from staffing to fabric to their amazing newsletter.

All the employees are so friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. Today, Cindy helped me with an embroidery project that I have been struggling and helped me pick out all twelve colors, I needed for my project.

I've been shopping at Quilt Beginnings for many years and hope to do so for many more years. There's an excellent selection of machines, fabric, embroidery supplies, and classes for all interests. The staff is available for "how-to" questions and are knowledgeable of the various machines yet with no pressure to buy. I highly recommend this shop!

We had an amazing experience at Quilt Beginnings. I was there to help my wife pick out fabric for a new project that needed about 20 different shades and colors. The manager, Joyce was the absolute best imaginable! She was so patient, helpful, and supportive of our vision for the quilt. She guided us the whole way and made sure we had everything we needed. The quilt turned out amazing and we will be longtime customers at Quilt Beginnings!

This is by far the best quilt shop in Ohio! Everyone is so friendly. When I visit, I feel as if I’m visiting long time friends. The ladies are there to help and there is no pressure to buy. These ladies work hard and always with a smile! The shop is so clean and organized. They carry beautiful fabrics and kits. The line of sewing machines is amazing! It is such a pleasant place to visit and shop.

I’ve been looking for a quilt store like this! They have so many beautiful fabrics that are organized in such a easy to navigate manner. From colors, to themes, and collections with quilt samples as well so you can see what the fabrics look like together. The ladies were super welcoming and helpful in finding what I needed and they have newsletters and classes available too! I wish it was a bit more visible from the road but they literally have everything you could ever need and want in order to quilt!
