Skill Level: All Levels Welcome
Educator: Molly Todd

Class Description: Come join local quilter, Molly Todd, and hear her inspirational story. Through a series of unlikely events, Molly was led to become a quilt artist. She takes children’s original artwork, and with the permission of the child, translates their work into fabric and into a 3’ x 4’ lap quilt. She does this for free for critically ill children and for the families of children who have died. A child’s original artwork is a powerful legacy.

Molly works with Ronald McDonald House Charities and with Hospice to meet the families she sews for. She has completed over 450 quilts and is currently gifting them at about the rate of 2 per week. She will share stories of the children; as well as the process she uses to duplicate their artwork as closely as possible.
